View Asset Changes
Adjustments will be made to charges based on asset changes that occur between the allocated amounts dates. The changes can be integrated into the A/R module once they have been reviewed.
Access the Asset Change Inspector, a record of the activities that triggered asset changes.

Open the Allocation Schedule.
- Select a schedule date. Under the action menu, click View Asset Changes.

Asset Change Icons
Icons may appear next the asset change amounts.
The writing icon indicates that the asset change amount was edited.
The finger icon indicates that a payor is responsible for this particular charge.
The writing icon for an asset change edit is similar to the writing icon for charges in the Preview. In the Preview, the writing icon indicates that the charge was overidden. The difference is an asset change edit happens after the amount is generated, while an override happens during the allocation calculation process.
