Access Preferences

Open Your Account. then select Preferences from the left menu.

 

 

General

Always perform partial matches in grid search means single words or phrases can be used in the quick search bar without using asterisks to indicate truncated terms.

Show sections as allows you to select a format, across all modules, for viewing row data that is divided into sections. Sections generally appear when viewing or adding a row. The options are 'Vary by Module' which means the sections can be viewed differently depending on the module, 'Tabs', 'Underline', and 'Expanding Groups'.

Sign in module allows you to select a module that will appear when you first open Quadra.  If nothing is selected, then either the last chosen module or the default module assigned by the client will appear.

 

Grids

Remember my module grid layout settings will store all of your selected columns, items per page, and groups.

Remember my module grid search settings will store your grid search settings so the results in the grid will always match your search criteria. This setting is unchecked by default.

Pin module grid headers when scrolling will keep headers in place while you browse through rows.

Allow grouping in module grids allows you to group rows by column header as needed.

Reports

Use main contact information for account (email/fax number) as the default option when sharing will automatically include the main contact info as the recipient email or fax when sharing a report. The main contact information is found under Account Details.

Tasks

These options will send notifications to your inbox alerting you to these status changes.
