Resolve Errors Using the Row Grid

This resolution method in the Validate Data section resolves errors by row using the Row Grid.  You can resolve multiple rows that have the same error as a batch.  Read about resolving errors from the error count link.

1. In the Validate Data section, select a row from the Row Grid and click Resolve under the action menu.
   
   
2. The Resolve Errors pop-up will appear. Select a message to begin resolving errors for the row.
   
   
3. In the next window, select one of the Resolution Options.
   
   In this example, we have selected Edit Ownership Type and selected a type from the drop-down list.
   
   The other options include:
   • Add (value), which will allow you to add a value to the pick list in Quadra.
   • Do not process rows with this message, which will remove the records from the import.
4. Make a selection to apply the resolution to this row only or all rows with the same message. 
   
   If you select all rows with the same message, the number of total records will appear.
   
5. Click Resolve.
6. The next error in the list will appear. Continue to resolve issues by selecting resolution options.  
    

Once records have been resolved:

Click Next to proceed to the next step, Update Quadra.
