About Resolving Errors

In the Validate Data step, you will be able to resolve errors or remove specified records from the import.  When resolving errors and warnings, different types of messages and resolution options will appear.

There are two methods for resolving errors:

1) By error type using the overview error link, which opens a summary of all errors found within the original file.  If multiple errors of the same type can be resolved with the same edit, you can resolve them as a batch.

2) By row using the row grid.  The grid itemizes rows that are problematic. As with the overview error link method, you can resolve multiple rows that have the same error as a batch.

Remove Records From the Import

Once records have been resolved:

Click Next to proceed to the next step, Update Quadra.
