Renew Lease

When you renew a lease, you can establish new start and end dates.

Renew Lease

1. Open the Lease module of the account you plan to edit.
2. Find the lease within the list. Under the action menu, click Renew.
   
   
3. On the Renew Lease page, review the lease details.  
4. Under the Renew Lease section, select or type in the Renew Start and Renew End dates.
   
   
5. When finished, click Renew Lease.  The new expiration date will appear for the lease in the module grid.

Auto Renew

You can set a lease to automatically renew when adding a new lease. This option is available under the Clauses section.  When Auto Renew is active, Quadra will set new start and end dates for the lease based on the previous time period, starting on the expiration date.
