About Leases
With the Leases module, you can manage leases, including property details, lessee and lessor information, rent, deposits, extensions, and renewals.
Access Leases

From within Quadra, click the module icon at the top.
- Under Account, click Leases.
Note that the leases that have expired will be listed in Red.
