About the Account Hierarchy
The Account Hierarchy displays the accounts within your organization. The Account Hierarchy, also known as a pyramid, shows a parent-child relationship of entities. Clicking the X next to the organization name (parent entity) expands the list to reveal a submenu of departments or divisions which are referred to as 'accounts' (child entities).
By selecting an organization name, you open the accounts for both the parent and child. To further narrow your choices, click on an individual account.
