Manage Documents - Grants

The interface for managing documents within a grant allows you to assign documents to different phases. However, grant documents can also be managed using the main Grants grid action menu and the Documents module.

Manage Documents Through the Grants Module

In the Grants module, you can view and manage all of the documents for a grant without going through the phase tabs. Select a grant from the main Grants page and click Documents from the action menu.

Manage documents individually for each grant using the action menu.

 

Managing Grant Documents From the Documents Module

You can store documents related to grants that are not linked to a specific grant or phase.

From the module icon, click the Documents module. 

Be sure to select Grants as the module when uploading a new document.

Documents managed from this module will not be available from the Grants module since they do not relate to a specific grant. However, you will be able to store notes and access the document's history.
