About E-mail

Within the Administration module, emails can be sent through Quadra's own delivery system.   

E-mail jobs include:

• Using E-Mail Builder to create emails to team members that can include reports as attachments
• Setting Activity Notifications, which alert users of specific actions within Quadra, such as assets that have been added or dropped, or a new user has been created
• Setting Date Notifications, which alert users to upcoming or past deadlines
• Creating emails based on notifications
• Sending invoices or reports for a single allocation date
• Sending invoices or reports through the Allocation Schedule
