New User Notifications

Set an email notification to receive alerts whenever a new user creates an account in Quadra.  

 

  1. Open Activity Notifications from Administration.
  2. On the main Activity Notification page, click Add Activity Notification.

  3. Fill out the form for the first tab, General:
    • Type a Name for the notification.
    • Type one or more email addresses for Notify Email Address(es).
    • For Module, select Administration.
    • Under Activity, select the User Added checkbox.

  4. Proceed to the next tab, Accounts. Select which accounts the notifications will apply to.  If no accounts are chosen, the notification will apply to the entire account hierarchy. 

  5. Select Add Activity Notification.

You will not need to proceed to the Advanced tab when setting up a New User notification.
