Quadra v3.0.11 Released!

Added Property Certificates
Users may now define property policies and generate property certificates. This includes the ability to produce ACORD 24, ACORD 27 and ACORD 28 certificates.

These additional enhancements are included in this Quadra release:

Added new security rights to allow administrative users to edit certificate special conditions without generating an approval email
Updated "Certificate Approval Required" email to contain additional certificate information

The following issues are resolved with this Quadra release:

Reports module causing exceptions on specific parameter combinations
If a certificate is generated with the "Pending" status it should not launch the Certificate Options page
Certificate module home page grid, "Show Previous Year Records" not working as expected
