Allocate with ease
Allocating costs is a complex process, but Quadra makes it simple. The Allocations module calculates the true cost of risk across your assets, resulting in fair charges for all accounts.
Integrate allocations with the Accounts Receivable module to easily generate and distribute invoices, automatically record journal entries, and facilitate payment deposits to your bank. Alternatively, run allocations to create reporting invoices for incorporation into your own A/R system.
Enter cost components for each coverage and apply the cost information to selected exposure assets. Using rates appropriate for your organization’s risk profile and asset portfolio, you can be assured that the process results in charges that are fair, transparent, and unassailable. You can also experience rate your allocation. Leverage Quadra’s Claims module to factor in severity (how costly the losses were) frequency (how often claims were filed), or a mix of both.
This module has proven to be invaluable to our clients who have eliminated countless spreadsheets and inefficiencies in favor of a consolidated system that runs the allocation and collection process from start to finish.
Maintain insurance documents
Through the Certificates modules, Quadra consolidates policy information and makes ACORD forms available so clients can easily generate, share, and renew insurance certificates for property and liability.
Our Drivers and Vehicles modules work together so insurance documentation can be provided to a single driver that operates multiple vehicles or multiple drivers that operate a single vehicle. Vehicle ID cards can be easily customized in terms of format, verbiage, and account information.

Each client has unique workflows, needs, and procedures, and we believe in making sure Quadra is as flexible as possible. A wide range of settings are available as well as many tools for editing reports, surveys, and insurance documents. Set numerous preferences to define categories, create user-defined fields, establish valuation formulas, and maintain user permissions to fit the needs of your organizational structure. Create and edit reports to support invoicing, auditing, internal communications, and ongoing data analysis.
Develop a dashboard of high-level reports and graphs that summarize asset values, transactions, and other facets, giving you snapshots of key activities.
Verbiage can be adjusted on ID cards and certificates and addenda can be included with certificates to accommodate lengthy coverage details.
Manage risk
Mitigate losses with the Risk Management module, which allows you to organize your company's risk management standards. With the advanced search function, any standard can be quickly located so all employees can take responsibility for properly managing any exposures. This repository is ideal for documents related to best practices, safety standards, operating procedures, and any information supporting company-wide loss control efforts.
The Drivers module maintains information on drivers so users can better manage authorizations for specific vehicles or passengers. Our Drivers and Vehicles modules work together so insurance documentation can be provided to a single driver that operates multiple vehicles or multiple drivers that operate a single vehicle. Additionally, Quadra allows users to initiate background checks on driver motor vehicle records. Collaborate with your team
Numerous features in Quadra allow team members to access and share information to eliminate redundancy and keep everyone on the same page. Share insights easily with a built-in email distribution system for contacting team members and sending scheduled reports. The notification system based on a range of Quadra functions allows administrators to stay abreast of the activities of team members and any upcoming deadlines or expiration dates. Users can also maintain notes and documents across all modules and assign tasks as needed.
The Surveys module is available to collect data for any purpose, but most of our clients use it to assess hazards, properties, or SOPs to support risk management. Surveys can be organized by any module and can be linked to accounts or individual assets. Using a link, anyone, including non-Quadra users, can access and complete a survey.
Secure and protect
We make security a top priority, and Quadra includes multiple features to protect your accounts.
Establish rules for password creation to ensure team members keep account information secure. Also, utilize multi-factor authentication when logging in which requires both a password and a unique code sent via text, email, or authenticator app.
Additionally, you can manage user access on reports, modules, and functions to keep information secure while giving team members the permissions they need to do their jobs.
