New Online Invoice Payment System

With release 11.6, we are pleased to announce a new integration with Quadra’s Accounts Receivable module to improve payment collections. Quadra features a ‘Pay Now’ link in Accounts Receivable that connects directly with PNC Bank’s PayerExpress service, allowing users to make payments through the bank portal.

Once AETI enables the PayerExpress integration for your organization, users at all accounts will simply click ‘Pay Now’ above the Accounts Receivable module grid to begin the process. After being redirected to the portal, users can complete payments online.

This enhancement builds on Quadra’s existing Accounts Receivable capabilities while giving clients another way to streamline their insurance payment workflows. To ensure that invoices remain accurate and synchronized, Quadra also prevents users from removing or regenerating invoices that have already been sent to PayerExpress. This safeguards against outdated or orphaned invoices and helps maintain accurate records across both systems. Contact AETI to learn more about enabling PayerExpress for your organization.
