Email or Fax Certificate Using Share Report Function

View, Print, Email, or Fax a Certificate

1. Open the Property and Liability module of your selected account.
2. Find the certificate within the list. Under the action menu, click View Certificate.
   
3. Select a delivery method for the certificate:
   • View on Screen/Print to Printer - print directly from the screen
   • Email certificate - have the certificate sent to a recipient's email in PDF format
   • Fax certificate - have the certificate sent to a recipient's fax number.
     
4. Click Generate Certificate.  From the preview page, you can print, share, or download the certificate.

Email or Fax Certificate Using Share Report Function

1. Open the Property and Liability module of the account that you plan to edit.
2. Find the certificate within the list. Under the action menu, click View.
3. Select View on Screen/Print to Printer as the delivery method.
4. Select Generate Certificate.
5. From the preview page, click Share Report.
6. On the Share Insurance Certificate Report page, select a Delivery Method and then fill in the relevant information (email address or fax number).
7. Select Pdf for the Report Format.
8. Click Share.
