Build Email from Administration Module

Recipients will only be visible once the first date listed in the Allocation Schedule is finished.

  1. After setting up an allocation through the Allocations module, access the Administration module.
  2. On the left hand menu, go to E-mail and select E-mail Builder
  3. On the main E-mail Builder page, click Build E-mail.  
  4. From the Email Builder page, select the Schedule tab.
  5. Under Schedule Type, select Allocation.  The Allocations will appear in the next drop-down menu.   
  6. Under Allocation Schedule, select the Allocation from which you will create emails containing invoices or reports.  The quantity of dates in the schedule is indicated by the number to the right of the allocation name.
  7. Select View Schedule Dates to view a list of the dates.  Close the window to return to Email Builder.
  8. Proceed through the steps in the Design tab.
  9. Proceed to the Recipients tab. A notification will be shown explaining that the recipients have been added according to the particular allocation schedule selected. Recipients cannot be changed unless the allocation is removed on the email's Schedule tab.
  10. Proceed to the Attachments tab.
  11. Select Attach Quadra Report.
  12. Select a Report Format and a Report.
  13. Select Current Month for Select Month and Year.
  14. Select Attach Quadra Report.
  15. Select Complete & Schedule if you are ready to queue your emails. All emails containing invoices or reports according to this allocation schedule will be prepared and sent. They will be sent approximately 30 minutes following the creation of either the invoices or reports, whichever was specified.
