Failed Password Attempts
Your company has established a set of rules regarding failed password attempts. The rules govern 1) how many failed attempts are allowed before an account is locked out of Quadra and 2) the required amount of time following a lock out notification before a user is allowed to re-enter a password.
These rules can only be edited under the Client Settings section of the Administration module.
If you receive a Locked Out notification
The Locked Out notification will appear when a certain number of incorrect passwords have been entered. There will be a required waiting period before you are allowed to enter a password again. The lock out can be overridden by using the Password Recovery feature.
