Receive Notifications on Accepted Invitations

It will be necessary to ensure that only intended link recipients create accounts in Quadra. You can set email notifications so you will be notified whenever a user accepts an invitation.

1. From Quadra, access Administration.
2. On the left hand menu, go to E-mail and select Activity Notifications. 
   
3. Select Add New Activity Notification.
4. Fill out the General tab:
   • Type a Name.
   • Type an email address specifying who to notify.
   • Select Administration under the Module.
   • Under Activity, select User Invitation Accepted.
5. Select the Accounts tab and specify accounts as needed.
6. Use the Advanced search if more filtering is needed.
7. Click Save Activity Notification.
