Notes

After uploading a document into Quadra from the Document module or other module, you can add notes to provide additional information.

Add a Note to a Document

  1. Open the Documents module for your selected account.
  2. Find the document within the list. Under the action menu, click Notes.
  3. On the Document Notes page, click Add Note.
  4. Complete information for the Add Note form:
    • Confirm the Account.
    • Confirm the Module.
    • Select a Category if needed.
    • Select a Priority.
    • Type in a Follow-up Date.
    • Select a name for Follow-up By.
    • Type in the note in the text box, using the formatting tools as needed.
  5. Click Add Note.
  6. Return to the home page using the breadcrumb at the top.
