Notes
After uploading a document into Quadra from the Document module or other module, you can add notes to provide additional information.
Add a Note to a Document
- Open the Documents module for your selected account.
- Find the document within the list. Under the action menu, click Notes.
- On the Document Notes page, click Add Note.
- Complete information for the Add Note form:
- Confirm the Account.
- Confirm the Module.
- Select a Category if needed.
- Select a Priority.
- Type in a Follow-up Date.
- Select a name for Follow-up By.
- Type in the note in the text box, using the formatting tools as needed.
- Click Add Note.
- Return to the home page using the breadcrumb at the top.
