About Background Checks
Background checks on drivers can be initiated from Quadra. The check itself will be run by Checkr, a third-party background check processor, and will search the driver’s Motor Vehicle Records.
Background checks involve an additional fee per driver and the fee varies by state. Please contact support if you have additional questions regarding this service.
Before running a background check on a driver, be sure to do the following:

Permissions needed in order to run background checks:
In order to implement these settings, the user must have the following permissions in place. These can be edited in the Roles section of Administration:
- Under Modules, the Drivers module must be selected.
- Under Permissions and under Administration, the option Administer Clients must be selected.
