Connect to Checkr

This section allows users to initiate the account creation process with Checkr that is necessary to perform driver background checks.

 

 Background checks involve an additional fee per driver and the fee varies by state. Please contact support if you have additional questions regarding this service.

 

  1. Access the Administration module.
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Drivers and select Connect to Checkr
  3. For the option Connection Status select Connect to Checkr. You will be directed to the Checkr site where you will complete the process.



    When your Quadra account has been connected to Checkr, you will receive a success message.  Background checks can be ordered once the account is credentialed, which typically takes a few business days.

    Accessing the Connect to Checkr screen again will show an Authorizing status, indicating that the credentials are being established.

    Once the connection is made, the Connect to Checkr screen will show a Connected status. The option to disconnect is available.
