Deactivate or Activate Date

If you need to cancel an allocation or asset change for a specific date, use the Deactivate feature.

You will only be able to deactivate a date that has the status of Active and activate a date that has a status of Inactive.  

 

Deactivate Date

  1. Select a date from the schedule. Under the action menu, click Deactivate Date. This date will be shown with the status of Inactive.

 

Activate Date


  1. Select an Inactive date from the schedule. Under the action menu, click Activate Date.

If you deactivate a date that also has an associated email scheduled, the email for this date will also be cancelled. Read more about sending invoices or reports by email.
