Send Invoices or Reports by Email

You can use email to distribute invoices or invoice reports to billing or account contacts through Quadra's Email Builder, within the Administration module.

Options:

Send invoices or reports for a single date

Once an invoice date has been selected and an invoice report has been attached, Email Builder will include each invoice in an email that will be sent to the corresponding billing contact listed for each account.

Send invoices or reports through the Allocation Schedule

Email Builder will pull all send dates directly from the Allocation Schedule and include recipient lists based on billing contact information. This group of emails can be prepared in advance, even before the allocation has begun.
