Add New Allocation

To add a new allocation, you will enter cost component values for each kind of asset coverage, establish a time frame, define rules for how your company's assets will be accounted for, and apply modifiers as needed to adjust the charges.  

  1. From within Quadra, open the Allocations module.
  2. From the main Allocations page, click Add Allocation.

 

There are seven main steps in setting up a new allocation. You can click on any of the steps below to skip to that help section:

Program:  Provide general information on the allocation.

Coverages:  Create and apply rate classes that define and quantify assets.

Preview:  See a preview of the total insurance charges.

Schedule:  Schedule the allocation, asset changes, and invoices.

Accounting:  Create invoices, adjust settings for asset changes, and map coverages to funds.

Notify:  Enter email address or contact number to receive notifications.
