Apply Available Credits

There are three ways to apply available, also known as unapplied, credits in the Accounts Receivable module.

From the More menu above the grid

From the action menu for the payment

From the link in the available credit alert

 

From the More menu above the grid:

  1. Open the Accounts Receivable module of your selected account.
  2. Above the module grid go to More, then select Apply Credits.

  3. If there is more than one payment with available credits, they will appear in a list. Select a payment and, under the action menu, select Apply.

  4. Follow the steps to receive a payment that involves filling out information for the Apply tab.

 

From the action menu for the payment:

  1. Open the Accounts Receivable module of your selected account.
  2. Find the unapplied payment in the grid. Under the action menu, select Apply.
  3. Follow the steps to receive a payment that involves filling out information for the Apply tab.

 

  1. Open the Accounts Receivable module of your selected account.
  2. In the relevant fund, click the Apply Credits alert.

  3. Follow the steps to receive a payment that involves filling out information for the Apply tab.
