Upgrades for Contacts

As we push through the winter weather here in the northeast, we continue to build features into Quadra® with the goal of simplifying the many insurance tasks our clients manage daily. As of Quadra v11.2.3 we have several updates to announce including improvements in contact management and address data entry.
Contacts in Quadra are integrated into numerous modules including certificates, projects, drivers, grants, account details, and leases. Since contacts are a key component of Quadra’s asset management and financial processes, we are pleased to introduce several enhancements.
We have standardized the contact fields across modules, plus individuals are now listed with a company name. Additionally, lease participants have been converted to contacts. As a result, the data is consistent in format and searchability. These improvements will greatly reduce errors and increase cross-functionality.
Contact information has been standardized and the company name now appears alongside a contact’s name:

To further support asset and contact management, we have introduced an address suggestion feature to expedite data entry. When a user begins to type in a street address, a drop-down menu will open with suggested addresses. Selecting an option will populate the remaining fields for the street, city, state, and zip code. Additional address lines can be added if needed.
With the address suggestion feature, selecting an option from the drop-down will automatically populate the remaining fields:
