The allocation module is unique in the marketplace for its ability to quickly allocate insurance costs and is the feature that makes Quadra such a powerful and valued tool. We are pleased to announce a number of enhancements to this module with the latest version 6.3.1. 


To answer the need for greater flexibility, the latest version allows users to edit inputs at any step of the allocation wizard, and it is possible to edit allocations of any status. This eliminates the need to copy an active allocation in order to apply changes in rates, rate classes, accounts, asset queries, or any other component, saving valuable time.  Additionally, users can now re-run an allocation for any past schedule date, meaning that charges can be regenerated to incorporate any recent edits. Lastly, in the preview section of the allocation wizard, users will have the option to view allocated premiums by Bill To Account.


The allocation module is a powerful, one-of-a-kind solution for those needing an easy, in-house system for generating insurance charges. With the ability to edit any information in an allocation, even for allocations that are already running, Quadra provides even more convenience in managing the process.
