Replace Vehicle

  1. Open the Vehicles module of the account you plan to edit.
  2. Find the vehicle within the list. Under the action menu, click Replace.  

  3. Select the General tab or group.
  4. Enter the vehicle's VIN.
  5. Click Decode VIN and rest of the general information will appear.

  6. Complete editing the information for the remaining tabs as needed:
    • Ownership
    • Garage
    • Additional Information
    • User-Defined Fields
  7. Select Replace Vehicle.

Quadra uses the VIN to pull the vehicle information from the National Transportation Safety Database (NTSD) and completes the vehicle information once you select Decode VIN.
