Add Survey

Open the Surveys module of the account that you plan to edit.
- Click Add Survey.
- Fill out the Add Survey page:
- Confirm the Account. Click Select Accounts if you want to make the survey available only for certain accounts.
- Select a Module if you want to access the survey from a module other than Surveys.
- Type the Survey Name.
- Type an optional Survey Description.
- To include an end page, type an End Page Title and an End Page Description.
- Type or select a Start Date.
- Type or select an End Date.
- Select a number for the Survey Quota if you want a maximum number of responses.
- To hide the Progress Bar while a respondent answers the survey, select Hide. The Progress Bar defaults to Show so survey participants can see their progress. This is useful for surveys containing multiple pages.
- Select Add Survey.
