About Surveys

With the Surveys feature in Quadra, you can easily create and publish surveys. If you need to create a parking lot inspection form or create a vehicle accident questionnaire, you can do so with Surveys. Additionally, you can create surveys for each asset module and make them available from one or from multiple accounts. 

If a survey is linked to a particular module, then a survey can be answered for a specific asset within that module. The answers will be recorded for that particular asset. 

Access Surveys

1. From within Quadra, click the module icon at the top.
2. Under Risk Management, click Surveys.
