List Structure As Sold

1. Open the Structures module of the account you plan to edit. 
2. Find the Structure within the list. Under the action menu, select Sold.
   
   
3. Under Structure Details, select the Date Dropped.
4. Under Sale Information, fill out the form:
   • Type in the Buyer Name.
   • Type in the Buyer Broker Name.
   • Type in the Seller Name.
   • Type in the Listing Agent Name.
   • Select a Contract Sale Date.
   • Select a Proposed Settlement Date.
   • Type in the Purchase Price.
   • Type in the Deposit Amount.
     
     
5. Under Contingency Periods, select Add Contingency Period.
6. Fill out the form:
   • Type in a Name.
   • Select a Start date.
   • Select an End date.
7. Select Submit.
