Add Occupant
Add a new occupant if you need to list it under Occupancy for a structure.
- Open the Structures module of the account you plan to edit.
- Find the structure within the list. Under the action menu, click Edit.
- Go to the Occupancy tab.
- Click Add Occupant.
- Fill out the General tab fields, selecting either Organization or Individual first:
- Type in the Name.
- Type in the Address. Once you start typing, address suggestions will appear in a drop-down list. Select an option to fill in the remaining fields for City, State, and Zip.
- Click Add address line to add another address detail if needed.
- Type in the Phone Number.
- Type in the Fax Number.
- Type in the Email.
- Proceed to the User-Defined tab and enter more information as needed.
- Click Add Occupant.
- Click Add Occupancy to continue entering data in this tab.
