Add Occupant

Add a new occupant if you need to list it under Occupancy for a structure.

  1. Open the Structures module of the account you plan to edit. 
  2. Find the structure within the list. Under the action menu, click Edit.  
  3. Go to the Occupancy tab.
  4. Click Add Occupant.
  5. Fill out the General tab fields, selecting either Organization or Individual first:
    • Type in the Name.
    • Type in the Address. Once you start typing, address suggestions will appear in a drop-down list. Select an option to fill in the remaining fields for City, State, and Zip.
    • Click Add address line to add another address detail if needed.
    • Type in the Phone Number.
    • Type in the Fax Number.
    • Type in the Email.
  6. Proceed to the User-Defined tab and enter more information as needed.
  7. Click Add Occupant.
  8. Click Add Occupancy to continue entering data in this tab.
