Reinstate Other Exposure

You can reinstate assets (vehicles, structures, items, and other exposures) that have been removed.  With this feature, the Date Removed for an asset is cleared.  

Note that removed assets will not appear in the module grid by default.

To view removed assets, you must first run a search. Once you have selected to display removed assets, they will appear in red in the module grid.

 

View Removed Other Exposures

  1. Open the Other Exposures module of the account that you plan to edit.
  2. Click Search from the module toolbar.
  3. On the Search tab, click Yes for the Include Removed Exposures option at the bottom.
  4. Click Search.


Reinstate a Removed Other Exposure

  1. Once the removed assets are visible, select a removed exposure. Under the action menu, select Reinstate.
  2. In the confirmation window asking if you are sure you want to reinstate, select Yes. The reinstatement message will appear.
