Access Support

Note that the Support icon drop-down menu at the top right, which is available in all modules, lists several resources if you have a question about Quadra's features.

• Click Documentation to search topics in the online manual. Clicking here will take you to the context-specific page based on your current location in Quadra.  

• Click Tutorials to access an extensive library covering key functions of Quadra.

• Click Submit Issue if you need to alert the development team of a problem or issue.

• View the Version History for a summary of software releases and associated feature updates.

AI Assistant

For help troubleshooting issues, you can open the AI assistant using the icon next to the support icon and ask questions.
