Access the Support Center

Click the help icon at the upper right to access Quadra's Support Center. The Support Center appears in a side window and includes links to various resources.  

From the window access context-specific documentation pages and tutorial videos explaining features. Links to related articles and version histories will also appear if available. Links for additional resources are at the bottom of the window.

Additional Support Resources:

  • Click Tutorials to access an extensive library covering key functions of Quadra.

  • Click Documentation to search topics in the online manual. 

  • View the Version History for a summary of software releases and associated feature updates.

  • Click Ask Your Assistant to open the chat window and type inquiries.

  • Click Submit Issue if you need to alert the development team of a problem or issue.
