Add Grant Resource
If there are individuals or organizations you are in contact with concerning grants, keep their information handy by adding contacts, which are referred to as Grant Resources.
- Open the Grants module of the account you plan to edit..
- Find the grant within the list. Under the action menu, click Edit.
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Click Add Grant Resource.
- Fill in the General tab fields, selecting Organization or Individual first.
- Type in the Name.
- Type the street address in the Street 1, Street 2, and Street 3 fields.
- Type in the Zip Code then click Lookup Zip Code. The City and State will appear automatically.
- Type in the Phone Number.
- Type in the Fax Number.
- Type in the Email.
- Proceed to the User-Defined tab and enter additional information as needed.
- Click Add Grant Resource.
