Pause and Resume Emails

A pause / resume function is available for scheduled emails and can be accessed through Email Builder or from the Allocation Schedule. 

After pausing then resuming Email Builder, you will be able to send any emails scheduled between between the current time and 7 days in the past.

Pause Emails

1. Open Email Builder from Administration.
2. On the main Email Builder page, select a scheduled email and select Pause Schedule under the action menu. 
   
   

Resume Emails

1. Open Email Builder from Administration.
2. On the main Email Builder page, select a paused email and select Resume Schedule under the action menu.
