AI Analysis for Documents

The assistant in Quadra can analyze the content of files if you need a text summary or a bulleted list of highlights. You can also ask specific questions about the information. 

  1. Open the Documents module for your selected account.
  2. Select a document from the list and under the action menu, click Send to Assistant.


    Each time you send a document to the assistant, you will get a notification asking if you want to clear the existing files. The recommended answer is Yes.

    The assistant window will open and a message will appear that the file has been uploaded. It will be listed under the Files tab.
  3. Type in a question or analysis request and click the Send icon.

    In the query field, be sure to mention the file that has been uploaded by name. The name does not have to be exact.
  4. Close the window to return to Quadra.
