Access Documents

Access Documents

  1. Open the Details module of the account you plan to edit.
  2. Under More, select Documents.

Add a Document

  1. Open the Documents page within Account Details.
  2. From the Account Documents page, click Add Document.

  3. Verify the Account, Owner, Module and Category; Change information as necessary.
  4. Click Browse to select a file from your computer.

Quadra automatically enters the Document Name based on the filename.

  1. Type a Description of the file.
  2. Click Add Document.

View Uploaded Documents

  1. Open the Documents page within Account Details.
  2. Find the document in the list. Click the document's icon for a quick preview.

Edit Document Details

  1. Open the Documents page within Account Details.
  2. Find the document that you wish to edit in the list. Under the action menu, click Edit.
  3. Edit the fields as needed.
  4. Click Edit Document.

Remove a Document

  1. Open the Documents page within Account Details.
  2. Find the document in the list. Under the action menu, click Remove

  3. Type a Remove Comment to describe the reason for removal.
  4. Click Remove Document.
