Ownership

The Account Ownership enables you to enter the owners of an organization and the type of ownership. If an organization has more than one ownership, you can list each owner, as well as the percentage of ownership.

Access Account Ownership

  1. Open the Details module of the account you plan to edit.
  2. Under More, select Ownership.

Add Ownership

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) require completion.

  1. Access Account Ownership.
  2. Select Add Ownership.

  3. Fill in the form:
    • Select the Owner.
    • Select the Ownership Group.
    • Select the Ownership Type.
    • Type the Percentage Owned.
    • Select Nature of Control.  
  4. Click the Save icon under Actions.

Edit Ownership

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) require completion.

  1. Access Account Ownership.
  2. Find the owner in the list. Click the Edit icon under Actions.

  3. Edit the fields as needed.  
  4. Click the Save icon under Actions.

Remove Ownership

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) require completion.

  1. Access Account Ownership.
  2. Find the owner in the list. Click the Remove icon under Actions.

  3. In the confirmation box asking if you are sure you want to remove this account, select Yes.
