Renew an Allocation
When you renew an allocation, Quadra will keep all of the same information as a previous allocation but will include an updated period. You can renew an allocation that is either started for finished.
It is also possible to renew an allocation by creating a copy.

From within Quadra, open the Allocations module.
- Select an allocation from the list. Under the action menu, click Renew.
- Type in a new Allocation Name.
- Type in an Allocation Description.
- Select a Renewed Allocation.
- Select a Period. Because this is a renewal, Quadra will include the current fiscal year as a default.
- You can now go through the wizard and make edits as needed for your renewed allocation. Read more about creating an allocation.
