Renew an Allocation

When you renew an allocation, Quadra will keep all of the same information as a previous allocation but will include an updated period. You can renew an allocation that is either started for finished.

 

  1. From within Quadra, open the Allocations module.
  2. Select an allocation from the list. Under the action menu, click Renew.
  3. Type in a new Allocation Name.
  4. Type in an Allocation Description. 
  5. Select a Renewed Allocation.
  6. Select a Period. Because this is a renewal, Quadra will include the current fiscal year as a default.
  7. You can now go through the wizard and make edits as needed for your renewed allocation.  Read more about creating an allocation.
