Renew an Allocation

When you renew an allocation, Quadra will keep all of the same information as a previous allocation but will include an updated period. Note that you can only renew an allocation for one that has already been started and completed.

 

  1. From within Quadra, open the Allocations module.
  2. Select an allocation from the list. Under the action menu, click Renew.
  3. Type in a new Allocation Name.
  4. Type in an Allocation Description. 
  5. Select a Period. Because this is a renewal, Quadra will include the current fiscal year as a default.
  6. You can now go through the wizard and make edits as needed for your renewed allocation.  Read more about creating an allocation.
