Notes - Accounts Receivable

The Notes feature allows you to provide additional information on the accounts receivable. 

Add a Note

  1. Open the Accounts Receivable module of your selected account.
  2. Select More, and then select Notes.

  3. Click Add Note.
  4. On the Add Note page, confirm the Account.
  5. Confirm the Module
  6. Select a Category.
  7. Select a Priority.
  8. Select or type a Follow-up Date.
  9. Select a user under Follow-up By.
  10. Type the note.
  11. Click Add Note.  
  12. Return to the home page using the breadcrumb at the top.
