Notes - Accounts Receivable
The Notes feature allows you to provide additional information on the accounts receivable.
Add a Note

Open the Accounts Receivable module of your selected account.
- Select More, and then select Notes.
- Click Add Note.
- On the Add Note page, confirm the Account.
- Confirm the Module.
- Select a Category.
- Select a Priority.
- Select or type a Follow-up Date.
- Select a user under Follow-up By.
- Type the note.
- Click Add Note.
- Return to the home page using the breadcrumb at the top.
