What our customers are saying
The Quadra system has significantly increased our organization's ability to not only manage our data for the Department of Risk Management, but has also allowed us to become more integrated with other departments within the Catholic Center here at the AOB.
In particular, there is heavy use of this system by our facilities team for both leasing and project management and it better enables us to track and record real estate transactions, new constructions, additions and renovations that impact the values. The system is also relied upon by our fiscal team for billings and proper tracking of exposures.
In conclusion, I believe that Quadra has greatly improved our efficiency. I would also add that a key consideration in our continued use of this system is the fact that there has been a willingness and ability on the part of the AETI staff to make changes and add to the capabilities of the system.

Director of Risk Management Archdiocese of Baltimore
Quadra helps us make better decisions with our insurance allocation. It allows us to test ideas and review the output before finalizing the allocation.
It has also helped reduce the amount of time to send out insurance invoices as well as our accounts receivable. Quadra has allowed for more accurate billing, as parishes receive a listing of property and vehicles with every invoice. Customer service is excellent!
Support is very responsive!

Controller Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland
Quadra is an effective, secured on-line risk management information system that enables the Diocese of Rockville Centre to efficiently monitor and control the overall cost of risk. This system enables our organization to manage and report our historical information, property values and exposure information in one system.
Quadra’s Dashboard provides our network of users, which includes both religious and lay leaders, with access to a wide range of risk management resource data and documents. Without this broad access to information, these matters would be manually handled, which is not cost-effective or efficient.
