Change Request Process Simplified

The AETI elves have been fast at work to improve the Quadra workflow for change requests. We have enhanced the process of approving change requests by allowing users to launch Quadra from an email notification and go directly to the change request.
The process is easy. Once a user makes a changes such as adding a vehicle to Quadra, the system will send an e-mail to the organization’s administrator for the system. From the e-mail, the administrator launches Quadra, which will go directly to the change request. From there, review the change request and determine the approval.
