Search Topics
There are two different methods for searching topics:
Search allows you to search on general document information such as File Type, Name, or Folder, and works the same way as for other modules. Read more about using Search.
Content Search allows for a more in-depth search for all instances of the search term within the content of the topics. The term will be highlighted in the results panel, allowing you to see the context of the term for each result.

Refine or Expand Search Results Using Search Logic
Content Search

Open the Risk Management module.
- From the main Risk Management page, click Content Search above the module grid.
- Type a term into the search field. To refine your search, you can add or eliminate inflectional forms or related terms. Read more about using search logic.
- Click More Options at the bottom to open additional search options.
- For more control over how the search is performed and how the results are ordered, use the arrows at the right of the two additional options: Sort by and Folder.
- Once you have made your selections, click Search.
- In the list of results, the search term will be highlighted.
Preview Topics Appearing in the Content Search Results
You can preview topics that appear in the content search results by clicking on the icon next to the name. In the view window you will also have the option to download the topic.
