Two-Factor Messages
Messages Regarding Two-factor Authentication for Your Account
On the Account section, in the Two-factor Authentication section, you will see a message box explaining the current status of the feature based on your current settings.
You will see one of three possible messages:
1: Two-factor authentication requires you to enter a security code each time you access a new computer. You may receive this code via authenticator app, e-mail or text message.
This message means that you already have confirmed an email or phone number verified or have configured an authenticator app and you can enable two-factor authentication by clicking On. Once enabled, you will be required to enter a six-digit code in addition to your password when logging on to Quadra.
2: Feature Locked - Your two-factor authentication settings have been locked by your company's administrator.
This message means you do not have the permissions to change the two-factor authentication settings. Only your company's administrator can disable this feature.
3: Feature Disabled - You may not enable two-factor authentication because you do not have a confirmed email or phone number or you have not configured an authentication app. Please confirm these contact methods to enable this feature.
This message means that you must verify one email address or one phone number that can receive text messages. Once this information is verified, two-factor authentication can be enabled.
