Report Security
In this section, you have the option to restrict user access to certain reports. Note that report access is managed by using Roles which are assigned to various users.
Only the users assigned to the selected roles will have access to the reports. Reports that have no roles selected mean the reports will be available to anyone, provided they have access to the reports module.
Access Report Security
- From Quadra, access Administration.
- On the left hand menu, go to the Reports section.
- Click Report Security.
Edit Report Security
- Open Report Security from Administration.
- You will see a list of available reports. Select a report from the list and click the Edit icon.
- Using the checkboxes, select the roles that will have access to this report.
- Click the Save icon.
