AI Analysis for Reports

The assistant in Quadra can perform quantitative analyses of Excel reports.  

  1. Open the Reports module of the account that you plan to edit.
  2. Select a report from the list and under the action menu, click View Report.
  3. Select the parameters as needed then click View Report.
  4. Once the report is visible, click Send to Assistant above the window.  You will have the option to select a PDF or Excel format. For quantitative analyses, Excel is recommended.


    Each time you send a document to the assistant, you will get a notification asking if you want to clear the existing files. The recommended answer is Yes.

    The assistant window will open and a message will appear that the file has been uploaded. It will be listed under the Files tab. 
  5. Type in a question or analysis request and click the Send icon.

    In the query field, be sure to mention the file by name. The name does not have to be exact. Also mention the specific column headers that should be referenced. 

    Additional queries can be entered as needed. You can also request graphs from the data and specify certain kinds of graphs (line, bar, area, etc.) to get the best representation. 
  6. Close the window to return to Quadra.
