Update Fleet

After setting rate classes for vehicles, select Update Fleet to batch set the rate classes using the rules you have defined.  

Notification email with vehicle counts

When you select Update Fleet, you will receive a notification email that includes vehicle counts for each of the following statuses:

Updated rate classes on vehicles:  Rate classes have been assigned to vehicles based on your rate class definitions. If rate classes had been set manually but did not match the definitions, the rate classes will be changed.

Found correct rate classes:  This refers to vehicles that already had a rate class assigned to them that was not affected by rate class changes.

Could not find rate classes: This means the vehicles have a vehicle class that is not included in any of the existing rate classes.  It can also mean that the rate class criteria was changed or the rate class was given a new name so the vehicles no longer correspond to any rate class.

A Rate Classes Not Found Report is included with the notification.

If you have vehicles that Quadra could not find rate classes for, you can either change the rate class manually through the Vehicles module or adjust existing rate class criteria to include the vehicle.
