Reinstate Certificate

If you non-renewed a certificate in error or otherwise need to reverse a non-renewal, use the Reinstate Certificate function.

  1. Open the Property and Liability module of the account that you plan to edit.
  2. Click Search above the module grid on the main Certificates page.
  3. At the bottom of the Search Certificates page, click the Yes check box for Include Non Renewed.
  4. The non-renewed certificates will be highlighted in red. Select the non-renewed certificate that needs to be reinstated and click Reinstate under the action menu. 
  5. In the confirmation window asking if you are sure you want to reinstate this certificate, click OK.
  6. To clear the search of non renewed certificates, click Clear above the module grid, next to the search criteria.
