Deny Certificate

If you have authority for approving or denying a process, you can do so for certificates currently in the approval process. Certificates undergoing approval are noted in the Property and Liability module.

1. Open the Property and Liability module of the account that you plan to edit.
2. Find the certificate within the list with the notation, "Waiting for approval". Under the action menu, click Deny.
3. Click OK to approve the certificate.
