Add a Certificate Holder

  1. Open the Property and Liability module of the account that you plan to edit.
  2. Find the certificate within the list. Under the action menu, click Edit.  
  3. Click Add Certificate Holder.
  4. Fill in the General tab fields, selecting Organization or Individual first:
    • Type in the Name.
    • Type in the Address. Once you start typing, address suggestions will appear in a drop-down list. Select an option to fill in the remaining fields for City, State, and Zip.
    • Click Add address line to add another address detail if needed.
    • Type in the Phone Number.
    • Type in the Fax Number.
    • Type in the Email.
  5. Proceed to the User-Defined tab and enter additional information as needed.
  6. Click Add Certificate Holder.
